Ahead of placing your order please bear in mind that most of our garments are produced on a made-to-order scale, so please allow up to 3 weeks before your item is shipped, however if we have your item already in stock we will ship sooner
Our post office runs are on Tuesdays and Fridays
If you need your item sooner, you should get in touch before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate you, however during busy times we are unable to adhere to all requests

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on orders over £350, this will happen automatically at checkout

Please ensure all items are returned with original tags and in original condition. Please complete and include the ‘returns’ slip enclosed in your order. Please note we CANNOT receive deliveries / returns to our studio address, so please get in touch to confirm return address (the one on our returns slip is correct)
Email us within 3 days of receiving your item(s) in order to make a return
If you wish to exchange the item for a different size or product, we will need to issue a refund and ask you to make a new order
Returns must be shipped by special delivery
The shipping charges are non-refundable
No returns or exchanges on sale items - these sales are final
You are only able to cancel your order within 24 hours from the purchase. This is because we may have already begun to process it
Our orders are packaged in re-useable Bug Tote Bags and we use recyclable mailing sacks. Please get in touch if your item is a gift and you would like to make sure there is no price visible!
