Bug clothing was founded in East London by Amy Ward

Creating garments by hand that reflect the ideology that we should all buy less and admire quality and consideration over quantity. Using only natural fibres as the foundation of my garments, each piece will be slightly different as they are made by our hands on a small scale. The materials I use are either dead-stock from designer factory waste or from a supplier who stocks linens and cottons from mills who use electricity supplied solely from renewable energy sources and OEKO Tex certified

Clothing should be comfortable and purposeful, so I design garments that can be worn for years to come, by a range of shapes and sizes, with the hope that you will cherish and mend your garment over the years.

Most of my garments are produced in my old home of East London with a wonderful production studio called Fabrika but some are still made by me in my studio in the Essex countryside.
